First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Honorvet Technologies.
Senior Recruiter
I got a call for an interview in the evening and was asked to wait. I waited for over an hour. Then the HR person came in. She seemed rushed because she had plans to go for a walk with friends.
- What is your years of experience?
Procurement Specialist
The interview process began with an initial phone screening by someone who sounded like they were in a foreign call center. When I discussed my experience, I mentioned having 4 years in the role, but the interviewer stated they needed someone with 7 years. I checked the listing again, and it said 'Bachelor’s preferred or 7 years+ equivalent experience' for education, but only '1 year (Preferred)' for actual work experience in the role. I tried to explain the discrepancy to the person on the phone, suggesting either a mix-up in numbers or an error in the listing, but she didn't seem to grasp it. She repeatedly put me on hold to speak with a manager, and eventually, I decided to withdraw my application. I wouldn't want to work for a company that hires incompetent phone screeners.
- What is your level of experience relevant to this position?
Technical Recruiter
Super easy hiring process, they ask some simple technical questions and really focus on confirming your previous employment. They give you the offer letter really fast. The hiring process is good. It involves a telephonic screening and interview that lasts about 15 minutes. They also want you to mention the client names from your previous companies.
- Can you tell me about yourself?
