After applying, I was reached out to and asked to do a one-way recorded interview, where there was no live interaction. I decided to withdraw because I feel like only a lazy company with a non-collaborative work environment hires people using such impersonal tactics, and I would advise anyone else to avoid working for HonorBuilt.

The interview process consisted of three interviews. First, there was a 1-way video interview to assess company culture fit. This was followed by a phone interview where we discussed your work history and experience. Finally, an interview with the hiring manager was conducted to delve deeper into your experience and get to know you better. The conversations were very easy with the team.

Interviewed with the helpdesk manager, a Tier 2 technician, and a Tier 3/Networking Technician. Some questions were oral, others were on paper (multiple choice/fill in the blank). Also had a practical task to set up a switch correctly using a modem, switch, IP-based devices, and ethernet cables.

Technical Behavioral

It's a three stage interview process, you'll have to record yourself, then a phone call, then a zoom call. Pretty standard these days. It's easy enough, but don't expect to hear back if you make it to the last round because they will ghost you and ignore all your emails and never contact you again if you didn't make it.
