Mechanical Engineer
It started with an HR screening call that lasted about half an hour. Then, a Hiring Manager screening took place over teams for another half an hour. Finally, there was a long interview with the team for several hours over teams video chat. The whole process was very streamlined.

Mechanical Engineer
So the interview was pretty standard. We began with a tour of the place, then I met some of the team. We chatted about my past experience and they asked some basic stuff about what I'd done before. They also had me look at some drawings and we talked about the design intent behind them. After that, I didn't hear back from them at all.
- Can you discuss the advantages and disadvantages of a particular design concerning its manufacturability?
Mechanical Engineer Intern
You are given a take-home assignment where you need to design a solution architecture for a given space hardware development project, either active or closed, based on its requirements. You'll have 48 hours to complete this, and the output needs to be in a presentation format. During the presentation, you'll be asked questions about the technical implementations of your design.
