It took about a month for them to get back to me with an email and a call, but everything went smoothly after that. Given that it's a large and well-known company, they likely receive a high volume of applications, so a month for processing seems typical.

Behavioral Technical

The interview process felt overly picky from the start, with demands like removing my nose ring, wearing a hairnet, and traveling 80% of the time, which seems excessive for a social media manager. They then scheduled a last-minute interview at an inconvenient time (4 pm) and location (West Covina), refusing any flexibility for a Zoom meeting, despite a 2-hour commute from Los Angeles. My attempts to reschedule via phone and email were ignored. Ultimately, they passed on me, which I'm relieved about, especially after tasting their food, which was disgusting. They expect social media managers to endorse and consume their products, work non-stop with no life, and deal with a long commute. It sounded like a terrible fit.
