The role involves handling customer sales orders and making sure they get fulfilled by working with different teams. You'll be the main contact for customers, answering their questions and telling them about products. Also, you'll help the sales team with stuff like making reports and keeping customer info up to date. We also need someone to keep an eye on inventory and sort out product deliveries with shipping. Plus, you'll create and manage sales paperwork, like contracts and invoices. Supporting sales meetings and customer presentations with materials is also part of it. We need someone to find out about the market and competitors to help with sales strategies. Compiling sales numbers and making reports for the bosses is key. Building good relationships with customers and people inside the company is important. Helping with sales campaigns and promotions is expected. And assisting with training new sales team members is a plus.

They asked direct questions about the topic, knowledge of the automotive industry, types of materials, and SKU management, what programs are used, Excel level, English level, availability, handling stress and pressure, negotiation, and adaptability.
