There was only one interview, about an hour long. It included about 3-5 STAR questions. However, the interviewer mentioned he had already offered the position to someone else and that I would only get an offer if that person declined.
- Tell me about your favorite part of your internships.
Test Engineer
I had a phone call with the recruiter first, to talk about my background and see if I was a good fit for the job. Then, four days later, I went to the test facility for an in-person interview. This was a panel interview with my potential manager and two colleagues. It was mostly technical, and I also got a tour of the place.
- Were there questions about specific tests and designs you'd be testing?
Process Engineer
I went in and sat down. The group started by introducing themselves and then began asking me questions from a paper. They gave me a test and left the room for 15 minutes. They came back in and asked if I had any questions, then sent me on my way. It took many weeks before I got any feedback.
- Tell me about a time you had to meet a tight deadline and what the outcome was.
