Behavioral Other

I was on time for my interview and had to wait outside for over 10 minutes after checking in. Then, I was let in to interview with two key stakeholders. A second round of interviews was scheduled later with two people from a partner company. The whole process felt long and the communication was bad. I also had to do a personality test, which wasn't hard. They said the decision would take 1-2 weeks, but after three weeks with no word, I reached out to a stakeholder. I was told they were still deciding. After that, I heard nothing more. This is a poor way to treat candidates.

The company has a unique way of picking of their candidates. If they like your resume, you will receive a personality test. Based on your score in the personality test, they will either give you a callback for an interview or no reply back. The General Counsel is delightful and very friendly. If you leave a positive impression, then you'll get to meet the CEO along with the paralegals that currently work there. Overall, the interview process was really cool because the CEO can tell what type of employee you are (he's very psychic like).

Behavioral Technical Other

I applied online. About a month later, I got a call for a phone interview. Then, I had to do a personality test. After that, I went for an onsite interview with two people. Then, I had a Zoom interview with the CFO. They said I'd hear back by the end of the week, but two weeks went by with no response. I emailed to ask if a decision was made, but still nothing. Very unprofessional.
