First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hometown Pharmacy.
Pharmacist
I had a Zoom interview with three people: the head of pharmacy operations, someone from human resources, and another pharmacist. They asked me a bunch of questions about my past jobs and what my strengths and weaknesses are. The whole thing took about half an hour. I did end up getting a job offer and accepted it.
- What contributions do you believe you can make to Hometown?
Pharmacy Technician
The interview was in person and pretty quick, lasting about 20 minutes. Most of the questions were standard interview questions. The hiring process moved really fast; I started right after giving my two weeks' notice to my previous employer.
- Tell me about a situation where you had a conflict with a coworker.
Pharmacy Technician
The interview lasted about an hour. It took place in the pharmacy, off to the side. I didn't get to properly meet the other staff because of time constraints. The interviewer was really nice and asked relevant questions.
- What's your reason for a career change?
