We talked about my past experience relevant to the role, the importance of good customer service, how I would handle a difficult customer, and how I'd deal with a difficult coworker.

Behavioral Presentation

My interview process had four parts: a phone screen, a video call with a recruiter, a video demo/interview with a manager, and then in-person interviews. It didn't feel like a long process overall, but there were enough steps to make me feel thoroughly vetted without being repetitive. The recruiting team was great at communicating and always responded quickly. Pro-tip: if you're really interested in the job, put significant effort into the demo portion!

So after the initial screening call, they had me prep a roleplay to demo the product and then pitch it to close the deal with the interviewer. It was mostly just building rapport, doing the roleplay, and then they asked about my background and past sales jobs.
