Network Engineer
A staffing agency found my resume and showed it to the IT Director. The IT Director then called me for a phone interview. Following that, I met with the CFO and the Treasurer. They decided to hire me, and things have been great since.
- What's your approach to managing the company's complete infrastructure?
Marketing Assistant
I had a pretty laid-back interview. First, I met with the HR/Marketing Director over coffee to chat about my background and past/current roles. Then, I had another coffee meeting with their director, and this time a Marketing Team member joined too. After that, we communicated via text and email a few times to figure out my start date.
- What are you passionate about?
Mortgage Closer
I first talked to the COO on a Tuesday. Then, on Thursday, I met with both the Closing Manager and the Underwriting Manager. The COO called me on Friday to offer me the job. HR then sent over the offer letter, and I started the following Wednesday.
- Tell me about your experience with TRID.
Mortgage Processor
The interview process was three Zoom meetings. I first talked to my direct manager, then the operations manager, and lastly my region's sales manager. All went well and they were helpful and nice.
- Could you tell me about your time management skills?
- What are your thoughts on teamwork?
