The process was pretty smooth and the questions were relevant. It started with a 10-minute phone interview and then moved to a group interview via Zoom. There were about 7 questions in total.

Case Manager
The interview was pretty straightforward and easy to get through. The HR and hiring manager communicated well. They asked me some questions about my past work experience and also told me more about the job itself.

Case Worker
The interview process was pretty straightforward. It started with a brief phone screening with a manager, followed by a Zoom interview with three staff members, including the manager. They asked me about five questions. They were pretty quick to respond after the interview. Everyone was nice and made me feel at ease. The questions weren't too hard if you've worked in this field before.
- What are the key qualities for a Case Worker?

The interview process was pretty simple and the interviewer was nice and gave me a lot of info. I also liked that they're flexible on scheduling your interview! They'll then call or email you if you got the job and you just do the fingerprinting and you're officially hired!
