Senior Recruiter
I applied online and got an email from the HR Director for a phone screen. After that, I followed up because I didn't hear back for a week. She said things were hectic but I'd hear soon. A couple days later, she invited me to HQ for a face-to-face with her and another HR person. Again, I was told they had other interviews and would be in touch in about a week. I followed up again after not hearing anything. She apologized for the delay, mentioning vacations, and said they'd move forward soon. I never heard back after that. I followed up for a couple of weeks via email and phone, but got no response, not even a rejection. I've recruited for over 15 years and this is crazy unprofessional. After 2.5 months and two interviews, including a face-to-face, I didn't even get a courtesy rejection email. I read reviews and heard from people that this company has issues, but I kept an open mind and liked the challenge. The negative reviews make sense based on my experience. I wouldn't recommend this company. If this is how they treat potential hires, I can't imagine how they treat current staff. Their HR and recruiting tech seems non-existent or outdated.
- How do you plan to source design engineers for our products, considering the limited pool of such talent located in Michigan?
Key Account Coordinator
I had a phone chat with the manager of the department I'd be joining, then went to their office for an interview with HR, did some Excel tests, and finally had another interview and a tour with the manager for the specific department.
- Can you describe your ideal office environment?
- How do you ensure a high level of customer satisfaction?
- Share an example of a conflict you resolved.
Sales Representative
It was a short interview where I felt very comfortable and had the necessary time to talk about my work experiences. Also, at that same moment, they told me a lot about the company, and about the salary and the schedules. The only bad thing is that the hours were rotating, but the lady told me that the company's idea is to change that later.
- Could you tell me about your work experience?
- Tell me about your life in general.
- What about your studies?
Project Assistant
We had a few basic questions in the interview, which was split into 3 rounds. It was face-to-face, and I heard back in about a week. The pay wasn't great, and it's a smaller company. You'd be working across 3 departments: project management, shipment, and quality checking.
- What's your motivation for wanting this role?
