Product Manager
It was a lot of people to talk to and the company's growth meant the job description wasn't totally clear, so I was looking for more definition. It was good to hear about the culture from HR and other team members, but I still wasn't sure what the job would actually entail after speaking with several people.
- Can you describe the product development cycle?
Sales Associate
Had a phone call with the recruiting team to review my CV and get to know me, which wasn't longer than 20 minutes. Then, I had two face-to-face interviews with a colleague and the manager at their office.
- Can you tell me about your past work experience?
- What are your responsibilities in your current role?
- Where do you envision yourself in the future?
Partner Success Account Manager
The entire process was pretty thorough. It kicked off with a phone screening, then there were a bunch of online tests to complete from home, covering comprehensive, numerical, and logical skills. After that, I had one-on-one meetings with the hiring manager and a senior team member. The final step was a presentation covering two topics: one was a direct question, and the other was an analysis. This presentation was with the hiring manager, the senior team member, and a leadership member. Overall, the experience was really positive, and the team did a great job making me feel comfortable. However, the expectations for the presentation could have been clearer, though perhaps that was intentional to see how I'd interpret and approach it.
- Regarding A/B testing, propose a relevant test, outline its execution, and explain the rationale behind it.
Software Engineer
The entire interview process moved quite fast. Because I was interviewing for a smaller team, my on-site interview involved meeting with every single person on that team. The questions were mostly coding-related, and they were of moderate difficulty but still quite interesting.
- Could you explain Java class structures?
- What about inheritance in Java?
