First, you'll have a phone interview with the department manager. It's a one-on-one conversation. You'll also get an email with a separate application and a link to complete an assessment, like a personality type test. After that, there's a panel interview and a ride-along. The panel interview is the toughest part. It includes all the branch managers (customer service, sales, and service) and the GM. They'll question you about the jobs on your resume – what you did, what you learned, how you handled certain situations, and how you distinguished yourself. The focus is on team dynamics.

  • Can you identify areas where the workplace could be improved?

Behavioral Technical

The interview process was really disorganized and seemed to be based on personal preference or superficial qualifications. Management offered no real support, and the training provided was barely adequate, a total waste of resources. They also weren't truthful about the potential for advancement to a service manager role.
