First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Home Health Care.
Talent Acquisition Specialist
Started with a phone interview, then there was an in person interview with the team. It was a recorded interview which was a bit odd. Typical interview questions were asked, the team seemed nice.
- How will your experience help you succeed in this position?
Collection Assistant
The interviewer was nice and friendly. They explained the company well. They didn't treat me coldly and were patient. The head of the Collections department joined the interview. I think this really helps in hiring and makes the interviewee more comfortable to talk about their experience in the area.
- Tell me about your past experiences.
- What do you know about the market?
- What are your expectations for this role?
Clinical
It was a long process. I had a phone interview, then two panel interviews. The second one was really confrontational. They got defensive when I asked about why they don't offer health insurance like the ACA requires. The culture seems really aggressive and militant from the upper management. They rejected me in a really cold way.
- Can you share an instance where you received criticism and how you used it constructively in your career?
Licensed Practical Nurse
It was a straightforward interview via Zoom. They asked about my expectations for the company and my future goals, and wanted me to describe past clinical tasks and roles.
- How do you manage stress?
- What do you expect from this company?
- What are your goals for the future?
