First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Home Franchise Concepts.
Marketing Manager
The interview process with HFC was great. Everyone from Reggie the Talent Acquisition Consultant to Heather the CMO was really kind and respectful to me. They were very clear with communication, valued my time, and treated me well, which is rare these days. It was a good experience, and I hope we can connect again.
- Can you share an instance when you handled a challenging campaign?
Email Marketing Specialist
It was a two part process. The person interviewing was nice but also did not have a clue to what the position would entail, realistic expectations, etc. It is hard to articulate your worth to someone who has no idea what it takes to do the job.
- Can you describe your current role or professional background?
Software Developer
I was contacted about a job via my online profile and after filling out an application, I spoke with hiring managers via email and phone. The interview day involved a chat with the receptionist and a tour of the building.
- Did you encounter technical questions that covered both front-end and middle-tier development areas?
SEO Manager
The interviewer seemed pretty checked out from the get-go. They appear to have some pretty high expectations for whoever they hire, since they've posted this job multiple times. They didn't really engage and it felt like they didn't want to be involved.
