Warehouse Associate
The interview focused on your transferable skills, previous relevant experience, and personality. They will ask situational questions, like how you stay efficient and how comfortable you are working in different weather conditions.
- How have you ensured accuracy in your work and kept yourself active during work hours?

So, the interview process started with a phone interview. After that, I had to go to the store for another interview with one of the managers. They told me to be there 15 minutes early, but then I had to wait around. It felt like the managers weren't really focused on finding good employees, more on the customers. There were two managers, but neither seemed very eager to conduct the interview. They said they'd let me know about any response regarding the job, but I never heard back from them.
- Can you describe a situation you encountered, the action you took, and the result?
- Share an example of a situation, your action, and the outcome.
- Walk me through a situation, what you did, and what happened as a result.

I went through two interviews with different assistant store managers. It was pretty chill, and they mostly asked basic customer service type questions. They also asked for examples of when I worked with a team in my past jobs.
- What's your approach to dealing with an angry customer?
- Can you give an example of working in a team from your previous experience?
