First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Home Depot Canada.

- What makes you want to work at this company?
Customer Service Representative
They grade you on how well you answer the question, so stay confident and sure of your answers. Take your answers from different forms of your life and ensure you know your answers. Customer service is extremely difficult and isn’t for the faint of heart, it’s nonstop and you need to be able to do many things that you may not think you are able to do.
- Describe an instance where you managed an upset customer and what steps you took to calm them down.
Customer Service Representative
The interview process was tough for me. The people interviewing were tough, but they were good people. I would rate the interview as mid, but I found it tough because the interviewers were tough.
