The interview process was really interesting, and I met some good people. I'm a bit unsure about how the pay structure works, though, because they mentioned commission but also an hourly wage. The boss seemed really cool, but the uncertainty around the non-informal pay ultimately led me to decline the job offer.

The process was kinda weird, man. While I was waiting, I heard this guy complaining about how no one wants to work and nobody's applying, and they're short-staffed. They asked me general questions, some phrased really odd, like they just threw them together. I was bummed I didn't get the job, especially since I love the cold and work out a lot, so it seemed like a perfect fit for me and Home City Ice.

The interview questions felt like they were just pulled from the internet. It was pretty awkward, like the interviewers weren't really comfortable. They didn't show much personality, and honestly, I felt pretty weird about it all.
