First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Home Care Delivered.
Customer Service Representative
I spoke with 4 different people. It was pretty simple. They told me about the company, asked me some questions, and then asked me if I had any questions. I got a call the next day saying they wanted me on the team.
- Can you share an instance where you exceeded expectations to assist a customer?
Staff Accountant
So the interview wasn't quite what I expected. It started with a call from HR, and if they thought I was a good fit, the next step was an in-person interview that was supposed to be about an hour. When I got to the office, I met with the controller. She asked me a couple of questions about my past work and then we jumped right into a behavioral and analytical type of interview. She gave me some questions about made-up situations and how I'd deal with them. On top of that, she asked me questions about accounting principles and then about Excel, focusing on pivot tables and V-lookups.
- She turned her monitor, keyboard, and mouse towards me and asked me to create a pivot table on the spot using the data in her spreadsheet.
- After that, she asked me to do a v-lookup on the same data using the spreadsheet she had prepared.
New Patient Service Coordinator
I got a call about my application and then went in to chat with the recruiter and two managers. The second time I was called back, they surprised me with tests! You might get the results on the spot, or you might not. I got mine and was told I passed, and then they called me back a few days later with a job offer that was a bit low. I had to negotiate for a better salary, but it worked out. Make sure you're super clear about your schedule, because I've heard stories where people were told one thing, accepted the offer, quit their job, and then the schedule changed. If you don't take it, they don't give you the job.

Customer Documentation Specialist
The process was brief and specific. A couple of weeks before they extended an offer, they were thorough in fact-gathering. I interviewed several times with the team Director and Supervisor, as well as the group Lead. The background check and verification process was also on track and very timely.
- What are your expectations for this role?
- Can you share your experience with medical supplies?
