Standard application, nothing special experienced. Two interviews each. Contacts were friendly. Nothing to criticize about the application process. Otherwise, good questions were asked. Good insights into the later activities as a production worker and the exact description of the daily tasks.

It was a long and detailed interview. Unfortunately, several agreed-upon follow-up dates were missed. A decision was supposed to be made within a week. After nearly two weeks, when I followed up myself, I only got vague information that a competitor was likely to get the job and I would receive a final answer in a few days. The actual rejection only came weeks later via an impersonal email.

The interview process was smooth and not too challenging. They really understood my strengths and I got an offer. The management did a good job explaining the company and the job responsibilities. I explained what CNC machining is and my experience with CNC machines. They also asked about my soft skills and customer management abilities.

The interview process had 3 rounds. The first was with HR, the second with the MD-Operations, and the last with the Sales Head. After the second round, I got positive feedback and was told I was selected, just needing a final formal meeting with the Sales Head before receiving an offer letter. However, that didn't happen. I waited a week and contacted HR, who surprisingly said they couldn't proceed with my application as management hadn't approved it. It seems strange they plan hiring without management approval, and it was a waste of my time and money attending three interviews.
