We discussed the job duties in detail: I designed and implemented project-based learning units in college writing and grammar, designed cooperative/hands-on Language Arts units for at-risk students on IEP plans, tutored students in one-on-one sessions and cooperative learning activities, instructed students during daily technology-based interactive lab sessions using Plato, collaborated with the Worksite Coordinator on integrating curriculum with on-the-job skills, collaborated on individualized student progress sessions as a Team Instructor, supervised student activities throughout the program duration, and published student portfolios at the program conclusion ceremony.

Academic Dean
The committee interview was really awkward. Each person read a question from a paper, but they didn't listen to the answers or ask any follow-ups. Some of them were slouched, arms crossed, and checking their watches like they just wanted to leave.

I had to prep a work sample. Then, I had one Zoom interview with 3 staff members. They asked 14 questions, which they put in the chat so I could follow along, and I presented my work sample. I got an answer within 2 weeks.

Staff Assistant
I went through three interviews for this role. First was a standard interview, then I met with the committee, and finally, I had a meeting with the supervisor. The whole thing went pretty fast.
