It was a very simple and fast process. I spoke with the office manager since I was referred. They asked me about basic things like my previous experience and what I expected from the role. After the interview, I got the offer on the spot. It does require a physical, blood test, and drug test.

They asked about my experience and made me explain it. They also asked why I chose holy name and discussed the job role. It was a nice and relaxed conversation. They didn't ask about my qualities as a worker, just what I did that's related to the job description.

HR reached out quickly and was easy to communicate with and prompt with responses. The manager I interviewed with spent a lot of time describing the role, the goals of the department, and their needs. They were transparent and warm. They listened and were open to ideas. Best interview experience I've ever had, and I was so sad to turn down this role ultimately. They are very much a family.
