I had an initial chat with HR, which was okay though communication wasn't perfect. Then, I had this super strange interview with the Principal. They just sat there in silence, staring. It felt like I was leading the whole conversation, asking all the questions because they asked none. It was pretty wild.

So, I had this initial phone screen, and then I went in to meet the person I'd been talking to and the Office Manager. It was super weird though, the Office Manager just sat there and stared at me, like, didn't say a single thing or ask me anything. I've never had that happen before in an interview, just someone staring the whole time. It was pretty unsettling and just really strange. Like, if you wanna get to know someone, you gotta ask questions and chat with them, right? Definitely a weird one.
