The interview process was normal; I was asked the usual questions, and my resume and past work history were reviewed. I was given an overview of the company and their plans for upgrading the QM program. Chatting with the Senior VP was enjoyable, and they provided a lot of insight into the company and its direction in healthcare.

The interview process was pretty quick, I was interviewed and hired the very next day. Everyone was friendly during the interview process and the tour around the building. Lots of parking was available. We talked more about personal connections than job details, so I would have preferred to discuss what I would be doing in the event I got hired.

The interview process was kind of inexperience or unprofessional, and it took over 2 hours. I was left waiting in a conference room. Then I met with two different people individually, two times each, so it felt like four interviews. I got the vibe that they were interviewing their future replacement and seemed bitter about it.

It was pretty unorganized and unprofessional. I submitted my application and was not spoken to about it for weeks (I already work for this company, it would be a position change). I inquired if I was going to be able to interview for the position after three weeks of no word and then seeing outside interviews were being held. I never received an answer but a few days later two VP'S came into my office unannounced, asked me a few questions, that honestly felt on-the-spot and unprepared, then left. It left me feeling uncomfortable.
