I got a call about the interview, and then I went to their office for a one on one chat. It was pretty casual, and we just talked about my background and why I wanted the job. They called me back on the phone to let me know I got it.

It was just a phone interview and a fact checking test, pretty simple. The test took a long time and you had to be thorough, but it was fairly easy even for those who don't have fact checking experience. Not too bad at all. Gary Baum, who does hiring, is very nice and will work with you through the process. His replies are timely and polite.
