Went through an online assessment, then a phone interview, followed by interviews with both the store manager and the regional manager. After getting a verbal offer, there was a background check, drug screen, and MVR check. Once those cleared, I got the green light to start and began the self-onboarding process, which includes 50 hours of education and training annually.
