First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Holly Hunt.
Product Development Manager
I bailed on the interview process cause the job location wasn't what they advertised. They posted it in one city, but then after the second interview, they said it was actually an hour away. After I pulled out, I didn't hear back from them.
- Can you give me an overview of yourself and your professional background?
Sales Associate
The hiring process was very straightforward. It included standard questions about my previous experience and knowledge. There was one Zoom interview and then a day of shadowing. The team was friendly and responsive, and they were very transparent about the salary and job expectations.
- Tell me about your customer service skills.
- Describe how you manage client relationships.
Intern
The interview process moved quickly. I saw the opening on their careers page and applied online. I then had an in-person interview. Everyone I met was nice, asked me about myself, and explained the job. I could see opportunities for growth within the company. The location is also good, being close to most of the showrooms.
- Why are you a good fit for this role?
Showroom Manager
The interview process was difficult. The Director of Sales, who was my main contact, seemed overloaded and disorganized. Just as we had an interview scheduled, she emailed while I was driving to the interview to reschedule. I went ahead and completed the interview process anyway, but I realized then that this wasn't the workplace for me.
