The interview process was straightforward but lacked professionalism in certain areas. Toward the end of the interview, they expressed that they loved how I handled the conversation but then stated the position was being put on hold until further notice. Overall, the experience felt disorganized, and it seemed like they didn’t have a clear hiring plan in place. I appreciated the opportunity to interview but would recommend future candidates ask direct questions about the company's internal structure and stability before proceeding.

The interview process was pretty easy. I applied on a Monday and got a call the next day. I did an on the spot phone interview because of the pandemic and was offered the job the next day. I was then called in to turn in documents, do my drug screening and take my photo for my work badge.
