I applied and then I followed up with a phone call to the store manager. After that, the district manager reached out to schedule an interview. I had one interview with the district manager at a different store.

Behavioral Other

I had an interview with the store manager, and it went well. They said I'd be invited back to talk to the area manager. That also went well. Then they told me there weren't any jobs open at the local store, even though they had advertised there. They offered me jobs far away from my area. I stayed interested, and they said they'd let me know if something came up. After 4 months, I saw they were hiring again for my local store. I contacted the recruitment consultant and said I was still interested. They told me I wasn't what they were looking for anymore.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

I applied online, then I had to contact the store to get a recruiter's contact. The recruiter called me to ask a few questions, then the Store Manager called to schedule an interview in English for the next day. It's not like a classic interview, they have predetermined questions and write down all your answers. At the end of the interview, the store manager told me, 'Very well, that's good for me, you'll have a second interview with the District Manager, also in English, but it will be next week because she's not available this week. I'll check with the recruiter and call you back to set up the appointment.' Six days later, I received an email, they didn't even have the courage to call, saying my answers and CV didn't match what they were looking for.
