The interview process was really efficient, quick, and straight to the point. They asked me about my experience as a collector and if I was okay with working late nights. My interview was with 3 different managers separately, but I think that's not the case anymore.

Behavioral Other

Called with a screener, then with the HR Director. Then took a Personality test and never heard back. The personality test focused a lot on fighting and drug use, which was weird since HR said it wasn't really geared towards the actual company environment. Didn't hear back after the HR call, even though I'm sure I passed the weird test. HR should at least close the loop and not leave skilled people hanging. A simple 'no thank you' email would be the minimum professional courtesy. A bad external reputation reflects poorly on the company.

You'll come in for a pre-employment test and then interview after. You will get an offer after the interview. There are 2 assessments that they make you take - very easy. The interview is easy going... I think.
