First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Holley Performance Products.
Project Manager
So I went through 4 rounds of interviews, each time with one or two people. First, I spoke with HR, then the hiring manager. After that, I interviewed with a teammate, and then finally, a member of the ELT.
- Were you PMP certified?
Software Engineering Manager
The interview was pretty standard for a developer role. Started off talking about my background and going over my resume. Then the team asked me some questions about my experience. After that, I was asked coding and logic questions, which I had to answer on a whiteboard. Finally, I got to ask my questions. The whole thing took about two hours.
- As a developer hire, can you solve the Fizzbuzz programming challenge?
Warehouse Worker
You'll have a quick chat with someone to confirm your identity. They'll walk you through what the job entails and highlight any important rules or limitations. Then, they'll check if this role aligns with your career aspirations. If everything looks good, they'll pass your information along to headquarters to handle the rest of the hiring process.
- Is this a role you are interested in pursuing?
Administrative Assistant
We had an in-person interview where we talked about your interests, hobbies, and skills. We also discussed your past work history to see if it's a good fit for the job. They wanted to learn about your background and education and talk about pay. Then they gave you a tour of the office.
- Can you tell me why we should select you for this role?
