I applied on their website. After two weeks, they called me back for an interview with the shop manager. It wasn't too long. The shop manager really wanted me to talk about myself and my past work experiences. They want to know what motivates you for the job. After the interview, they immediately asked me to do a trial in the shop, where I was at the till doing customer service.
