They had me come in-store, gave me a natural product book to review for about 5 minutes, and then asked me to present a natural remedy as if I were talking to a customer. This happened after some basic interview questions in the office.

I applied for the supervisor position and heard back pretty fast. The interview itself was pretty chill, not too formal. The manager was really good at their job and took their time to explain exactly what the supervisor role involved and what they'd be looking for. I felt pretty good about how it went, and honestly, it was one of the best interview experiences I've had.

Behavioral Technical Presentation

The interview process went well until the final stage. I applied for a part-time role, but the Area Manager conducting my second interview seemed to make a biased decision based on my current employer, with whom they had a prior connection. I also found their comments about my appearance unprofessional. This was despite positive feedback from the Manager during the first interview and from the store where I had my trial. With my extensive experience in retail management, I believe in treating people courteously. However, I was very disappointed with the final outcome and the lack of feedback provided to the store that wanted to hire me.
