First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Holland & Barrett.
Data Analyst
I had a recruiter call that went fine. Then there was a technical interview, but it was super confusing and not well put together. They didn't make the expectations clear, and the interviewers seemed like they weren't on the same page. It just felt disorganized. I didn't get any feedback or hear back, which was a bummer and kind of unprofessional. The whole hiring process didn't seem great.
- Can you list the different types of SQL joins?
Data Analyst
The interviewer was super friendly, and it felt more like chatting about my past work and experience than a formal interview. It gave me a good sense of their culture and what they’re looking for.
- Can you introduce yourself?
- What are your typical daily responsibilities?
- What interests you about this department?
Data Analyst
The interview process was pretty simple and quick. I first had an interview with the hiring manager. After that, I was given a take home Excel test to complete. Finally, there was a last interview where we went over my answers from the test.
