It was pretty straightforward, besides the usual basic assessments like numerical tests, the remainder of the process involved casual chats with the hiring team, followed by a more in-depth technical discussion with the manager.

I got an invite to set up a phone interview. After I finished that and got a confirmation email, I was stood up for the interview and Holistic Industries didn't contact me at all. There wasn't a phone number to call, so I sent an email right after the 15-minute time slot ended, hoping for an explanation. It's been almost a week and nobody has even replied to my email, let alone given me an explanation or apology for wasting my time.

I had an initial interview with the Director of Operations for the Maryland facility, and it went great. They said they'd reach out for the next interview, but after a week, I had to follow up. They said someone would reach out again. I waited another couple of weeks and heard the same thing. So, I waited patiently for another 2 months with no response. At this point, the position was definitely filled. I sent a follow-up email asking what I could have done better for future opportunities, but never got a response. It was a disappointing process.

Basically for this job, how you look and dress is the main thing. Communication skills aren't really a factor. They'll ask about your schooling and graduation percentages, plus any extra activities you've done.
