It was a group interview process but I heard they have started doing online/one on one interviews. They had an information segment before hand, which made it easier to understand the format of the interview and who the company as a whole is.

So I had 3 phone interviews and then an in person interview. I had to drive 2 hours to get to the in person interview, and they knew that ahead of time. They told me I was the last candidate they were interviewing and that I would hear back after the weekend. That was back in February, and it's now June and I haven't heard anything. They completely ghosted me. I followed up twice and still no response. They are still posting the job opening online, so I'm guessing they haven't hired anyone.

The interview process was easy. They asked basic questions, and it wasn't difficult at all. I think you're pretty much guaranteed the job. The interview itself was pleasant and professional, with very kind and easy-going interviewers. I would recommend having a basic understanding of rides and rules, but other than that, it was easy.

I spoke with management about the position. They asked about my experience and informed me about the specific job requirements and duties. They asked me a lot of questions, and I also got to ask mine, which they answered very honestly. They didn't sugarcoat what would need to be done.
