The interview process had 2 steps. First, there was a test that lasted about an hour. Then, there was the actual interview. The test was pretty much as the HR professional described, a basic skills test but really well put together. I arrived a few minutes early and the testing room was already set up. They gave a really clear and professional explanation of what to do, and everything I needed was provided. After the test, I was invited for the interview.

I applied online and got a call back about 3 days later. I met with Betty, who was very nice, and she had me take a test. After that, I had an interview in Spanish and then another one with what I think was the floor manager. It seemed okay, but then I had to call Betty back to let her know I wanted the job. After that, I was called in again to meet the new floor manager and then had a phone interview! I was already tired of waiting to start. They had me take a test before hiring me. This whole drawn-out process was really frustrating because I had to turn down three other job offers. In the end, after all that, I never even got a call back.

Behavioral Technical Other

I had an initial HR phone screen to check basic stuff like if I smoke or have a criminal record. Then I talked on the phone with the head of operations. After that, I went to the Las Vegas office for an in-person interview. They gave me a tour and I took a bunch of written tests: MS Excel, typing, attention to detail, math, and a business letter writing one. The office vibe was good, people seemed happy. The CEO/owner interviewed me on site and offered me the job right there. Usually, there's also a group session with new hires about company culture, but I guess that was skipped.

Technical Coding

It started with a phone screen with HR, then I spoke with the hiring manager. After that, I went in for an interview and testing. All the testing was done on their computers, and it was standard testing everyone had to do. It took about an hour to an hour and a half. There were about 4 test sections: Writing (reading a letter and composing a persuasive response to sell a travel package), Math (basic arithmetic without a calculator), Attention to Detail (comparing lists to find differences), and Retention (reading passages and answering questions without going back to reread, so I had to write down key info). Once I finished the testing, I met with the hiring manager again. He asked standard questions and went over what we discussed on the phone. Then, I had a coding test which was quite easy.
