the whole process took about two months and both interviewers were late both times I was there. They also expected me to be able to come only during the middle of the work day and on their limited schedule and expected about nine hours of my time total. The job was very much more limited than the job description. They did have a good benefit packages, though it’s not nearly as good as they think it is. It was a weird atmosphere and I was left hanging when two different interviewers left the building while I was there so I couldn’t ask them some questions I needed to ask. It also looked like there was no one anywhere close to age 40 in the department so I'm not sure if that's because they are cheap or if there is something else going on.

I went through two interviews for this job. The first one was at the store I applied to, but they didn't have any openings there. So, I had a second interview at a different location. By the end of that second interview, they offered me the job. Both interviews were pretty short, around 20-30 minutes each. They asked questions from a list, mostly about being honest and following the rules.

The initial part of the interview felt like the hiring manager wanted to get a feel for me and confirm my interest in the role. The questions were pretty standard, like 'What would you do in this position?' and 'What if you found money on the floor?'. It gave the impression they were genuinely interested. However, they didn't disclose crucial information upfront, such as the high turnover rate, the actual job expectations, the workload, compensation, working hours, or the nature of upper management.
