First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Holiday Barn.
Pet Care and Boarding Associate
It was a really fast interview, lasted about five to ten minutes. Two people from the specialty I applied for interviewed me together.
- Could you tell us a bit about yourself?
- What would you say are your biggest strengths?
- And what about your biggest weaknesses?
Customer Experience Manager
The interviewer/manager was pretty chill and took his time, but he asked some really solid questions that dug into my experience and how I think.
- Tell me about a challenging decision you had to make.
Dog Day Care Associate
I came in, and she looked at my application. She asked if I had been here before. Then, she reviewed my application with me, asking if I wanted to change anything. After that, she started the interview. She asked about my pets or if I knew any pets that attend the day care. She was very friendly and asked more questions about my school and past jobs.
- Can you describe what a typical day at this job might entail?
- Could you please introduce yourself?
Pet Care Coordinator/Customer Care Specialist
So after I applied, a hiring manager reached out to me for an in-person interview. Then I had a second interview with another hiring manager. After that, they set up a panel/group interview for me.
- What are your motivators?
- How do you provide support to your teams?
- What's your preferred way to communicate?
