So, first I had to take this personality test before the actual interview. The interview itself was about two hours long. A part of it was spent with the managing partner looking over my personality test results and 'analyzing' them. They have a business formal dress code, which they enforce strictly - the partner even boasted about catching people not following it. This was before Covid, so I'm not sure if they offer work-from-home now. A legal recruiter actually set this whole thing up for me. After the interview, I let the recruiter know I wasn't interested in the position.

The interview process was super professional, really thorough, and honestly pretty intense. I first met with the recruiting team at the firm, and then talked to someone else who was either in HR or maybe some other support staff. After those interviews, they had me come back for some testing. They really go out of their way to make sure it's a good fit for both the firm and for me as the applicant.

The interview was straightforward and simple. The unique part was the logic test that I had to complete. It evaluated my skills and ethics. They also make sure you know if you got the job or not.

I found this job through a recruiter and had an interview pretty quickly. The interview itself was over Zoom and the interviewers were super nice. The questions they asked were pretty standard.
