The interview process was good and very pleasant. They asked me about my university projects and what I learned during the years. Also, they wanted to know what my skills are and what is good for my academic background.

The hiring process wasn't long. It had two stages: a group activity where candidates had free time to present, which was nice, but could have been better managed time-wise to avoid tedious moments. After the presentations, a case study was given, which was quite manageable. What I noticed from other comments and saw in practice is that the company doesn't give feedback to candidates. I reached the final interview with the manager. I was told I'd get a response within 2 weeks, as the position started in early December, and it's already December 11th with no word. They could at least say, 'We only give feedback to those who pass the stages.' That would be more respectful. I hope the company changes this feedback policy immediately.

The process began with an online application, which included resume screening, logic tests, and English tests through the online platform. There was an option to ask for a referral. After that stage, there was an online interview via Skype. Questions were asked about academic background, specific knowledge in foreign languages, and also knowledge about how the company operates and more specifically about the maintenance sector.
