The interview process involved standard questions and a typical screener/callback procedure. I'm uncertain about the extent of OCI usage at that time, as this was before OCI or direct write-ins. The gap between the screener and the callback was approximately two days. The people were very nice, and there were no unexpected questions.

I met with 2 partners and 2 senior associates for the interview. The people I met were nice and knowledgeable. They didn't appear too busy or stressed out. Overall, I got a good impression of the team, but I am a bit concerned about the deal flow and whether I'd get the chance to work on notable matters.
