Channel Manager
I have been following elopportunity to work with them. I interviewed with HR and it seemed to go very well. I was advised that HR would get my info right over to the hiring team and the next steps in the process were explained. I was completely ghosted. Absolutely no communication from that day on.
- What makes you interested in this role?
Customer Service Representative
The first step was a phone call with a really nice HR person. The pay offered is much lower than what similar jobs pay in the market. This could be a good starting point for someone fresh out of college looking for an entry-level role to kick off their career. However, if you're a professional with some experience, you might want to look elsewhere unless you're willing to accept a significant pay cut.
- What are your strengths and weaknesses?
Quality Assurance
Talked to the company recruiter two times. The first time was a phone call. The second time was in person. The recruiter had a list of questions that the Hiring Manager probably wrote. Then, I had an on-site interview with HR and the Hiring Manager.
- Do you know about the Lacey Act?
- What about TPCH (Coneg)?
- And CA Prop 65?
Account Manager
I had a phone interview first with the sales manager and HR manager. Then, I had a face-to-face interview with the sales manager, HR manager, and the VP of sales.
- Could you outline your approach to sales?
- What's prompting your job search?
- Describe a challenging sales situation you navigated.
