First-hand accounts from people who interviewed at Hoffman York.
Account Executive
I talked to a bunch of people about the gig. It took about two weeks to get through the interviews I had. They were really nice and considerate. They asked good questions and let me ask a lot of questions too.
- Why did you decide to leave your previous role?
Intern
I applied online through their website, and there was some back and forth via email before they invited me for an in-person interview. Communication was a bit tough because responses were often delayed and they had to reschedule interviews a few times.
- What's your favorite TV show?
- Can you tell me about your experience?
- Why are you interested in this field?
Account Service Intern
I went through 2 rounds of interviews for this internship. The first one was really easy, just some standard background and fit questions. After that, I was invited back for a second round with the supervisor. That one also wasn't too difficult, focusing on whether the role was a good fit for both me and the company. I got the offer pretty soon after.
No confirmed questions were included in this interview report.
Communications Specialist
I found the opening on a job board and got a call from HR pretty quickly to schedule an in-person interview, which happened within about 4 days. The HR folks were really nice, professional, and welcoming. They showed me around the office, offered me a drink, and were all set to talk with me about the role.
- How has your experience on campus prepared you for the projects you might work on here?
