Clinician
I interviewed with the PES Coordinator and Director. It was more of a chat than a formal interview. They explained the job really well, and I talked about my past education and experience and how it fits the role. It was pretty straightforward and not stressful at all.

Mental Health Worker
The employer was thorough and very interested in experience level. Extra emphasis on understanding and compassion for patients. The interview also included a tour of the unit with job description and expectations.

Assistant
Applied in person and waited a few weeks before they called. Had a 30-minute interview with staff.
