The interview process was well-organized and the campus was easy to navigate. The people who organized the interview were communicative and gave me good directions. The questions asked were fair.

I applied online. The website was a little tricky to use but okay. I got a call for an onsite interview. Parking was about a 10 minute walk from the HR building. The interview was a panel with the director and three other HR team members. The director was rude and insulting, cutting me off and saying "ok!" if I took too long to answer. When I tried to adjust, she asked me to explain more, then cut me off again. When I asked about the department culture, one of the team members laughed and said it was "tense since the director started, lots of butting heads." The other ladies had tense smiles. I knew I couldn't work for that director, and the room was super tense. I think I could have worked with the other staff, but the director is a problem! I never got a rejection email, even after sending a thank you email. This place seems like a mess! It's no wonder they struggle to find good candidates.

The interview process is pretty relaxed. They'll chat with you about yourself and what you enjoy doing. You'll also need to talk about experiences from your high school career that make you stand out from other applicants, and explain why you're interested in attending the Colleges. It's a chill vibe, and you'll only meet with one person, who happens to be another student worker in admissions. The whole thing usually lasts about 30 minutes.

I applied online in July and then had a phone interview in late August. About a month after that, I was invited for an in-person interview which was a full day of interviews and also included a presentation. It was a long process. After it was all done, I never heard back from them. No offer, no rejection. What was weird was that we talked about benefits with HR, but never discussed salary.
