Registered Nurse
I spoke with the recruiter first, and she asked me some basic questions along with some skill-based and scenario-based questions. Then, I was contacted by administration to set up an interview with the Director of Nursing for a specific unit. The Director and I talked about my interest in the company, what a typical day was like in my previous role, my skill set, and my career goals. After that, I received an email requesting 5 references. Four days later, I got a job offer. I then had to take and pass an EKG test before starting the pre-employment process.
