I got a call from an HR rep at HNTB beforehand, and she was super helpful with setting things up. I even got to pick my interview time, which I guess is typical for college recruiting. About a week later, I interviewed with 5 people from the department I'd be working in. I spoke with each of them, and they all shared their thoughts and listened to me too. It was a formal interview, but it didn't feel too intense; the vibe was pretty chill.

Had a bunch of interviews, like 4 or 5, with different folks from the local and nearby offices, including some managers. They were good at communicating and we both asked a lot of questions. Some questions were open-ended, and others were like quizzes on stuff like management theories and clients. There was this big "4 for 4" thing going on the whole time, which would have helped to know beforehand. The offer came over the phone, no paperwork.
