Behavioral Technical

The interview process for the Investment Analyst role in the Portfolio Management division had two main rounds. The first was an introduction, and the second involved technical and behavioral questions. There were many prejudice and mismanagement questions, making it feel more like an interrogation than an interview. They even questioned my language fluency despite speaking Mandarin well during the interview. The overall behavior questions felt really unprofessional and indicated mismanagement.

Confirmed questions3 questions
  • How would you handle a situation where a colleague refuses to share company data?
  • Describe how you would manage a task that falls outside your responsibilities when your leader holds you accountable for it.
  • If a colleague provides incorrect data and your manager blames you for it, how would you respond?
